• Guest Services: provide exceptional guest service and memorable experiences while optimizing guest retention
• Confer with clients about their medical history and any problems with stress and/or pain in order to determine which form of therapeutic massage would be most beneficial
• Assess clients’ soft tissue conditions, joint quality and function, muscle strength, and range of motion
• Perform treatments within a spa setting and culture
• Gain product knowledge as it relates to your services
• Must be a team player and assist in daily housekeeping when required

• Must be a Registered Massage Therapist in BC with a valid registration number
• Dedicated to restoring and maintaining optimal healthcare
• Consistent high personal standards and confidence in your abilities
• Effective oral communication skills
• Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with our staff and guests
